Our accounting department is the backbone of our institution. Our accountants ensure that records are properly maintained to facilitate good decision making by senior management. From ensuring our assets are properly managed to supporting our branches, accounting sees it all.
Mortgage Loan Department
The mortgage loan department is responsible for assisting customers with their mortgage loans. This includes loan officers working directly with customers, evaluating applicants and their situations to match them up with the best loan products. They work tirelessly to provide customers with a seamless experience from the time they apply to when they close their loan.
Loan Servicing Department
Most of the loans USB originates will be handed over to our loan servicing department for collecting payments, answering customer inquiries, managing customer escrow accounts, and handling other issues that may arise. Employees in this department enjoy working with customers to provide superior service.
Our Savings personnel seek to assist customers with all of their banking needs. They assist customers with finding the right deposit account and aim to provide a simple, hassle-free experience.
The Compliance Department is responsible for staying up to date on the latest regulations and implementing any processes necessary to protect customers and the bank. As a leading mortgage lender, they have a strong understanding of all consumer compliance regulations.
