Introducing our NEW monthly loan statement!

We are pleased to introduce a new look to your monthly loan statement from Union Savings Bank. Both our mortgage loan and our home equity loan statements have enhancements. The color scheme and design make it easier for you to review your account, whether you receive it by mail or via e-statement.

Additionally, a payment return envelope is now included for easier and more efficient payment mailing.

If you would like to start receiving a monthly statement for your mortgage loan, just let us know! You can contact Loan Servicing at (513) 247-0303 or toll-free at (800) 582-9702 or send us an email at [email protected] to request the change from coupon book to statement.

Once your loan account is changed to a monthly statement, you can then access our online banking application by clicking the “ONLINE BANKING LOGIN” button at the top our website and update your statement option to e-statement, and you will no longer receive a statement in the mail!
